Rossi scratch FS size 174 vs 180

I am 5'8 145lbs..which ski would you get...I am comfortable skier, coming from 177 1080's, my scratchs are being warrentied and they gave me a size choice. The 174 seem to ski too short all mountain but are fun in the park..would you think the 180's are too long?

i live in michigan and i have never skiied in real powder so all i would say is go smaller. like i am 5'9 and i use 164 and they are a lil big on me they seem. but thats cuz there is no snow

Dude your retarded...

you should be between 170 and 180 for sure... i don't care how much snow. Jon Olson is 5'9' and skis on 180s.

I am about 5'11' or 6, and I ride the AR5 in 176. They just feel right to me. I only use them for park, but they feel so good. The only problems I have had was in some deep snow going to fast, but in the park, they are the best. I think at your height, you will be happier with the 174.
