Are these the same binding as a Look PX12? And is a 105mm brake a good size for an 86mm ski?

I will be getting my skis ('09 AR6) for free, but need to buy the bindings. Does anyone know where I can get hold of some in the UK soon, I don't want to but from the US at the moment with the crappy exchange rate and taxes etc. I can't find them online anywhere.

Errm. It's not ideal but it will work, it could catch on hard carves though.
As with most things ski hardware related you are best off buying small and stretching to fit, so try and get an 80mm brake.
 
it'll be easy for you or the shop to bend them man, you shouldn't worry about breaking them bending them that little anyway. It won't need that much pressure and can easily be done with your hands.
 
I was just going to buy them from Untracked for $199.99 seeing as I can't find them in the UK yet.

I contacted them and they recommended the 105mm brake, apparently the stock will only stretch to 82mm.
 
They will stretch wider than 82, I can assure you that.
Buying from Untracked you will more than likely incure duty tax fees (assuming you are shipping to the UK and not via someone in America.)
If you are shipping to England, would you wait until November? I would happily ship you them from the US so you avoid any charges, but arrive on the 30th.
The Heads will be much stronger, a stupid amount lighter, have a shorter footprint on the ski and are an absolute bargain on freezeproshop. I will stand by these bindings a lot more than the new rebranded scratch 120s.
