Rossi going out of business with skis?

i heard at my local shop that rossi is going more snowboard.and like dynastar will still go more tward skiing

yea thats pretty much what the guy told me but he said they were going out completly with skis i still dotn get why

All I have to say is they better not!!! a decade in the buisness, what was this guy on, I think it should be outlawed. I want ROSSi to stay until I die atleast! My first skies were rossi, now I have shiny Srcatch FS WRS so they better not go out of buisiness

not so much.....

im prety sure an answer is the right way to answer a question

and thanks for bumping this for trying to bash me

i got my answer now let it die

volkl has the best all mountain twin out now. why would yo just throw that away? you got played like a church organ during christmas.

Dude, Rossignol -owned by quicksilver- makes more money off skis than any other company.

if rossi goes out then who will make dynastars

but basicaly the guy you talked to was a fucking idiot, and i question why you even belived him.

oh shit. maybe they were hired by newschoolers in order to get more kids visiting the site and to create controversial threads that will make more people come...

AGAIN for the last time

i never said i believed him

Why would i make a thread asking if rossi is going out of business if i believed him... seriosuly i havent said once i believed him i just wanted to see if anyone else had heard about this and i already got my answer so im gonna stop posting in here

HEY... I ski Ninthwards, and I'm gonna claim i work for them. I'm also claiming k2 and Dynastar are going out of buisness and just making snowboards. believe me?

umm, u ot hated on cause u are stupid

and there wasnt sarcasm, they all just said they arent going out of business

A quick look at the US Securities and Exchange Commission Website, at the latest company report Quiksilver had to file, tells us that Rossignol plus other wintersports brands (inc. Dynastar, Look, Lange and Lib Tech) made up 21% of Quiksilver's 2006 revenue.

How much is that? Well Quiksilver's revenue for 06 was $2,362,288,000.

That means if Rossi, being the biggest 'wintersports' brand, provided about half the wintersports total, lets say 10% of revenue (as much as DC shoes actually), then they made about $230,000,000 for Quiksilver last year...

ROSSI SKIS AIN"T GOING NOWHERE

Rossignol sells 2 million skis per year. That's about 10x more than K2 and probably 1000x more than Armada.

Rossignol sells more skis than any other company out there and by a large margin.

The latest Scratch FS is one of the best skis ever made, it's retardedly cheap, and it's sold out and back ordered everywhere. Quiksilver knows whats up.

they have contracts with ski resorts and every year the resorts buy like1000 pairs of skis for rental shops alone.

now if heavnely alone has 1000+ skis a year x that by the # of large resorts

Quiksilver was thinking about putting all of dynastar and rossignol together as one company, consolodating, and selling Langes name to someone else

So much bullshit in this thread...get the facts straight people...'out of buisiness'...'millions of skis' hahahahahahahaha.

rossi was recently bought by quicksilver, the clothing company who have shit loads of money. they aren't going bust any time soon

dead thread? it was idle for like 15 minutes. that means i'm not a fag, but your still a pussy. go hit the wangbong a couple more times and get back to me.

Guys dont listen to the people saying Rossi is alive. Collin Wright does not ride for them anymore so pretty much they got nothin left to do but sell their company and invest in real estate

haha, this thread makes me laugh. rossi is a multi million dollar company that controlls a large share og the skiing market. if anything fischer will go under before them. there also owned by quicksilver. which will make them not fail.

You guys's fighting needs to stop your starting to go against your own people, save it for kids with big egos and liars

once again
