ok... SO I was gonna post this on another thread but didn't want to take someone elses over.

I'm looking to get this years fs, I'm 5'7, 135. I'm not trying to claim or any shit like that, I'm simply just saying this for better feedback...But I believe I'm a better than average skiier (sw7, cork 10, 12, sw10, etc...check vids/promo), so what size should I go with? For the last few years I've skied 180's..but I think I wanted to drop to like a 176 but they don't have those this year...so I was thinking about the 174..what do you all think?

im like 5 10 and ride the 174 i like them they ridegreat and i can still butter and shit but if you do all that shit with 180s i would try to stay close to that

dude go with the 181's, you could definitely handle them especially with that bag of tricks. As far as the quality of the ski, I have last years and I love em, perfect all around ski

^IDK though, I really think that if I dropped down to a 174 then the ski would be more fitted for my height. For a while now i've always skied 180s...but this last year i had problems spinning on rails, and sometimes i would have edge problems going off jumps, and i think thats cause my ski might have been a little big for me...hmmm maybe i'm not saying this correctly

yea you could be right. The only reason I say that is cuz im about 6'1 and ski em fine but my trick bags about half as big as yours, thats why I dont think you'd have a problem, but its really just personal preference

^thanks bro, yeah I think i'll probably go with the 174, also cause i'm 5'7...with shoes on, lol.

But yeah rossi is solid, i've skied them for the last 4 years. Only ski that will kinda hold up for me. I've been averaging like 2 1/2 pairs a year (which is good). Before on salomon...wow, those didn't last for crap for me, but who knows times have changed

i'm 5'6" 135lb and i'm an aggressive skier, i know i could ski either one, i'm just curious if there'd be any major difference beteween the two besides the 170 would spin slightly faster and also which size would be better for me for park and all mountain

y dont u stay with the 180's if u can do a switch 10 then i thin ur good with the length u have. u ski steamboat. i think i saw u like last season throwin switch cork 5's off the big booter

^yeah that was probably me...all sessions and rossi stuff, pink goggles? When were you up in the boat? But yeah for the size issues still...last year there were just a few instances where I thought that my skis were a bit long for me. bascially I just wanted to know what the dood a few posts above me said, if i would really notice the lenght difference
