Rosacea?

I was just reading in Men's Health and cold wind like from skiing can cause a condition called Rosacea, an inflammatory disorder that causes redness. Here's what it looks like:

I'm a tough guy when I ski haha. I usually dont wear anything on my face other than my goggles and I put my chin down into my jacket collar if I'm too cold. But I've got pretty rosy cheeks and they really get red when I ski, drink, and work out. So I'm not really sure if I have Rosacea or not, but I'm considering going to the dermatologist and asking. Although I guess it's not a huge deal, I'd much rather not have rosy cheeks; I don't like how it looks.

Does anybody else know what "Rosacea" is, if its what I have, or if i can easily make it go away?

i do, thats why i made a post about it. Do a google image search. It gets pretty gross and I wanna stop it now if its actually what i have

I know a skier kid with that, but its permamnent. Just because you get the Asian Flush when you drink doesn't mean you have it.

a certain asain I know always gets a red face the second he starts drinking, it just happens to some people. bah.

hahah i know someone who gets that allll the time

But.... rosacea is usually noticable because your skin is sore and sometimes feels dry or rough... my face gets windburn all the time but there' s a difference between that and rosacea... i would say you don't have it

yea i guess i dont have it, i guess i just get wind burn and it just takes time to go away good luck with that stuff
