Rope Tow

Does anybody have any idea or plans on how to make a rope tow?

Get a dirt bike flip it over remove the back tire and make the inside of the rim surface grippy put another pully/wheel up at the tope and correctly tension the rope start the dirt bike and make the throttle stay at a low speed and BOOM WHITE TRASH ROPE TOW
