I'm trying to rent my room this summer from May 10 - Aug 1. 19th and Goss. 1 bedroom in a 3 bed/ 1 bath townhouse w/ a private balcony. 2 fun roommates, off-street parking. $550 including ALL utilities and cable/internet. Any one interested or know anyone who might be?

wow, weird, im at 22nd and goss. had to drop mine to 450/month all included to get it to rent....
