We're going to have a room opening up June 1. The house is near 21st S and Foothill. 4 bedroom/2 bath with a nice back yard, movie theatre room, and good sized garage for any toys you may have. We're all students. Rent is $400 + utilities.

Bump. Looks like you will be able to move in early-mid May for free. Then the lease will start June 1.
