I’m off to Australia for the summer and am in search of someone to sublease my room in the Sugarhouse area. Im in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment just off of the freeway (claybourne ave.) Rent is 400/month + utilities (landlord pays water so it’s usually around 40/month in total.)
10 min from downtown, about 30 from pc. Dangerously close to Hectors
Im looking for someone to take over as early as May, but can accomodate June-August as well.
