Room for rent anywhere close to good surfing or Mountain biking

Looking to rent a room with solid wifi and where I can mountain bike or surf in pacific time or mountain time.

Thinking but not limited to: Santa Cruz, Tahoe, Truckee, Sun Valley, Jackson, Bozeman, Colorado.

Could be super quiet and keep to myself, open to any living situation.
