I manage a house in the Salt Lake suburb called Cottonwood Heights and we have a room opening up April 1st.
The house is right near the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon (Brighton, Solitude) and about 3 miles from the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon (Snowbird, Alta). You can get to the top of both those canyons in 15 to 20 minutes on a fair weather day with no traffic.
The house is a five bedroom two bathroom, as I mentioned one bedroom is available and its downstairs. This room will cost you $280 per month before utilities, which are about $50 to $70 a month per room, which gets you wireless internet, heat, water, and electricity. The room has one window and a closet. You will also pay a one-time security deposit of $150, fully refundable if you respect the property. First month's rent plus security deposit (totaling $430) due April 1st.

The roomates are all young men aged 23-24 and all ski bums. We work at Alta, Snowbird, and Backcountry.com. We are all very chill, love to ski, and are somewhat clean and tidy (see pics). I am Mormon but completely tolerant of festive activity including drinking and smoking (cigarettes outside though, please).
The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood almost 99% Mormon. Probably
the safest cleanest neighborhood you could possibly live in. We try to
respect that and run the house accordingly.
We are looking for someone who is chill, tolerant, likes to have fun, clean and tidy, respectful, and pays all their bills on time. No pets beyond a goldfish or something small. If you live here you're welcome to have guests just no smelly hippies who will start hippie drum circle colonies in their bedroom. And no sketchballs.
