Room available in Cottonwood Heights

I'm moving out of a big house in Cottonwood leaving a room available. It's 295/month plus utilities, two minutes away from big and little cottonwood canyon, and there's 4 super chill skiers living here that ski at Alta and Brighton.
 
Definitely interested, I'll be out of my current lease in about a month. More info though would be killer, Sublet? Roommate situation? Info on the house? This would be perfect, you guys mountain bike at all over the summer?
 
The lease is up in like April, I think the rest of us are moving out around then. Come live with us anyways though! A couple of us mountain bike in the summer, and I can't remember what the other questions were.
 
House is 5 bed/2 bath, got two big ass tvs for watching sports and shooting n00bs, right near Smith's, everyone that lives here is laid back and skis as much as possible. If you want any more info, hit me up!
 
Interested for sure, is there a time I can come check out the place? I live in Sandy lookin for a new spot on feb 1st. let me know
