Room available for rent near UW Starting Sept. 08

We just put up an add on Craigslist looking for a roommate starting Sept. 2008. Our house is a 4br 2ba and is just north of UW. Rent is $475 plus utilities of about $75 per month. All three of us are super chill and we all ski, so there will be plentiful rides up to the mountain next year.
