Yes, I know that I made another thread on this a while back, but I think that this event calls for a new thread.

I dig linear flow in action sports contests. Obviously slopestyle has been on it forever. BMX dirt. And then some of the more recent stuff like this, skate downhill.

Obviously I like seeing people choose lines around a park and figure that out as well as tricks but there's something about hitting everything in a line that appeals to me.

Also though I'm not a huge fan, I do miss seeing fruitbooting in contests. And If youre a park skier it translates a shit ton better than skateboarding bmx or whatever else.

IF you don't wanna rollerblade don't, but if people are into it but don't because people make fun of it they're just dumb.

That doesn't apply to scooter though, fuck that noise.

I've never found that people make too much fun of you for rolling.

Yeah, people make comments behind your back a little bit, but most people I've talked to at the skatepark are fairly friendly. It bums me out when I hear that people want to get into inline, but don't because they think people will make fun of them/ beat them up.

But yeah, fuck scooters.

That course looks incredibly fun to pump around on. It would be cool to see tracks like that in airdomes/gyms in a couple decades. Ive always thought skate/blade/bmx parks integrated with gyms in the city(rather than select few like woodward/berrics) would be really cool.

Some people do it because "it helps with skiing" but i think it's genuinely fun. Once me and my friends found free rollerblades on the side of the street, and we started shredding now we can do 5 steps big gaps and 3s over 3 steps. We aren't very good but it's fun as fuck
