I'd say it's a little more flat 5ish because you get pretty flat in the middle of the rotation, but they are pretty much the same thing.

Pretty much the same thing, although if you want to distinguish the two, think of a rodeo as one fluid trick, and a flat five two movements smoothly put together, flat 3 + 180. someone correct me if i'm wrong, buts that's how I think of it.
