There all different, I know two girls that have been hired for promotional things there just models that get paid for the night/event.

You have no idea how happy I am that there are none I know of. It is probably one of the more regrettable things I have done. $40 an hour to dress like a 909 whore. Thank god that is over with.

But I'd actually give it to the Rockstar girls. Monster girls are hired for the most part, Rockstar girls are scouted for the most part. Quality goes way up with the scouting.

I'd actually argue that you're entirely wrong. She is naturally blond/blue eyed but does darken it otherwise it gets very very blond. But she surfs regularly, can drop into a bowl on a skateboard, snowboards and aside from the modelling does film stunts. She's never had any plastic surgery and she is amazingly sweet. She won the genetic lottery. She is a very real human being.
 
Her roots are darker than the rest of her hair, which makes your comment about "darkening her hair" confusing and she wears way too much make up for me to trust her apparent "genetic" gifts. Still prefer a girl who looks normal to a diva like that.
 
Sorry, it's technically called "low lighting." Many blonds have darker roots cause the sun bleaches their hair. She surfs all the time, so the hair gets lighter as you go down. My sister has the same thing, as does my boyfriend. When they surf a lot their hair gets crazy blond. Then there are the girls that are naturally platinum blonde... their hair will be blond pretty much no matter what.

She's not a diva, but whatever. You'll never actually meet her, so no real need to defend her. Some people just fit the american standard of beauty so naturally that it's easy to assume they are fake or a diva.

In regards to makeup... she is paid to do that. When I did the jager job I had to as well. Our "look" had to be approved. I had to wear a halter top and healed boots in snow... what sense is there in that? But they paid me too well to care.
 
Real easy to hate via the internet, I bet 90%+ of these guys would have a blast getting to know her if they met her IRL.
