What skis do you use (if any) for backyard skiing or in the east coast case woods and trees. I had rossi energies that i homemade-twin-tipped but i snapped them in half on a backyard rail. I'm looking for new ones now. But what do you guys use? they may be the same ones u use for urban rails only.

i've had this pair of salomon verse5's for about 4 or 5 years now...... i just replaced them with the new darksides, and now ther salomons are the backyard/rock/rails-if-i-could-do-rails skis.

im gonna get some mad ghetto skis. i think im either gonna buy sme used skis at play-it-again sports or my local mtn for like 40 bucks

i used to have original 1080's....the ones with the black bottoms they were so original, but i sold them for 100 bucks, now i use my enemies for everything, and im getting publics for the nice stuff

i bought some old school 181 cm kastle straight skis for a dollah at a garage sale. im going to fix em up a bit, give em twins, spray paint em and fuckin abuse the shit outta them.

I was chillin at my g-pa's house and across the street I came up on some sick 180 or so straights. Ill frickin tear them apart or put an office chair on top of them.

I used to skiboard.

Now I cant because I refuse to live a life of sin.
 
looks like im usin my mavriks this yearas urban/backyard rail skis , for the first time i treated myself to a new pair of skis without destroyin my others, but its the last year i'll have the money so i went for it

i used to use old ass k2 enemys, then they broke so i got the newer enemys for free because k2 warranty=new skis whenever you want (if you delam them... cough cough screwdriver and a hammer), so now when these skis get old i'll send em in again and hopefully get the public enemys... then i wouldnt use those as street/backyard skis

no one can beat my 180 dynastars from the 80's, homemade twintipped, and spraypainted camo....

Go the the thrift store/goodwill and buy ten pairs of skis for ten dollars. That's where I get all my urban skis.

yeah, get them at a thrift shop or something, that's where i got my dynastars that i posted about above^
