So let me start out by saying I am being royally fucked over in life.

Had a physco boyfriend ish who broke into my house by climbing up three

stories of balconies, thats after the fact that I punched him in the

face just a few days before. Then some other shit happened then my car

got broken into along with 4 other cars but my alarm went off and scared

them away. Two days after my car got towed. This is all while I have

been quitting cigs I'm now 6 days strong of not smoking at all. Last

night I went to the bars with some friends who were trying to cheer me

up and were appalled at the week I had been having, people who don't

know me feel bad for me. This morning I wake up a little late throw on

some non bar smelling clothes and run to my underground parking garage

where my car had resisted while being brutally molested by strangers.

The garbage bag that was covering my window had been torn away and my

skis (Fischer Addicts, white and green 163) and my brand new poles my

friend got my for xmas, (eric pollard line poles that were the shit.)

I can honestly say that this is the worst week of my life. I could never

hurt a fly although I act like I could people are just fucking me over.

I had to pay 200 to get my car out of the tow lot, I have to buy a new

window, and i have to fix my passenger door which someone had attempted

to pry open my door.

I live in Park City, Utah. If you are around there and hear or see these skis please, help a person out.

If you have any access to a ski pro form please send it my way. I moved

here to ski pow and we have none and now all i have are my pow skis and I

just need a hand out.

This ski-stealing shit seems to be happening in unprecedented numbers in Utah this year. My buddy got his Obsetheds jacked at PCMR over the weekend, then there was that huge heist at Brighton last month. I went ahead and bought renters insurance just in case so I'd be covered if I suffer the same fate, but no getting around how shitty it is to have your stuff stolen by some spineless jackass.

Don't know exactly what you're looking for, but I have a buddy at 4FRNT who could probably swing a proform if you're interested. I think I remember you saying you work at Canyons? Not sure what their exact situation is, but at DV there's a list in HR of all the reps on the mtn for various pro form hookups- I'm sure Canyons has something similar.
 
Level 9 sports has really cheap twins I bought my little bro a pair of 9thwards for 99 bucks might be worth checking out stealing is the lowest of low.
 
I hate thieves, had my bike stolen last summer. I'll keep a look out at the canyons as I ride there and the bird. But I have to ask, why would you leave your skis in the car when there was just a bag covering the window?
 
You're doing it wrong. Most people asking for handouts from strangers do it next freeway entrances. Try 215 in sugarhouse those guys seem to do pretty good.
 
or i guess thats 80, nevertheless if you go there i might throw a some spare change and a stick of gum at you.

Don't be leaving anything in your car if you live in Utah - absurd how many cars get broken into.

that doesnt work on skis or bindings. i know play it again sports in sugarhouse just got a pair of 175 thalls with good condition p14's that i'm sure you could pick up for pretty cheap.

Hmm I was at Shucks last Tuesday as well. I tried not to get slammered, but it didn't work. I'll be back to make an ass of myself tomorrow too if anyone's going.

And if you're interested in 4FRNT just shoot me a PM with what you might want and I'll talk to my friend. Can't promise anything but I'd be happy to ask... nobody deserves to have their skis taken, no matter the circumstances.
