Today I was having lunch at mid-mountian, and when I came out my Atomic Benchetlers and poles were gone and my friends CRJ's. We had to get a ride down from patrol, and I filled out a bunch of paper work, but they acted like they probably weren't going to find them. Does anyone know if ski resorts have cameras or am I just fucked? Thank you, and if you hear anyone bragging drunk at a party about how they stole some atomics or 4frnts at the bird a PM would be good! Thanks!
 
Plus do they have any at the tram because it would have to be really suspicious if people were skiing down with skis in there arms.
 
You got your shit jacked at midgad? Damn I've never heard of that happening before whoever took them had to have been pretty ballsy, that place is always crowded.
 
i ride there quite often. What bindings were on the skis, any stickers or anything? I usually sharpie my name on my skis...
 
God I hate hearing crap like this. If it provides a glimmer of hope, my buddy had hit Obsetheds stolen from PCMR a couple weeks ago. Reviewed video footage but the PCMR people were basically of no help. He reported them stolen, etc... I don't know the details, but last week his skis were found and the thief was arrested. Keep your eyes glued to Craigslist and KSL to see if he's dumb enough to try and hawk them on there....
 
That sucks man I am sorry to hear that. I have bents myself and I ride at the bird. Everyweek at lunch I split my skis up and hide one in one place and the other in another place. My friends always give me crap for it but now after hearing about what happened to you I am glad that i do it. I am also at the bird at least 3 times a week so like the guy above said if you got any noticeable stickers or anything like that to look out for on them I will see if I can spot them. What bindings as well?
 
It is a good idea to buy locks people. They are pretty cheap and well worth the investment. Especially after hearing how much gear is getting jacked this season.
 
go into play it again sports and talk to jack, a friends skis got stolen out of his house a few weeks ago and the guy tried to sell em there and got caught, id make my way to second track sports and and anything of that nature in the valley
 
Them skis are way harder to gank when your on em.piss in the woods

eat drink and smoke with em on

vibes anyhow

and wishes for injuries involving intense pain and dismemberment for the fuckwads who ganked em
 
and to add to valley's post, try that ski truck that is over by the fairgrounds if they are still there. just have pics/proof that the skis are yours, and you should be able to get them back if you find them.

remember, the police are your friends in this instance. use them if you need to.

shitty to hear, i'm sorry they got jacked. and at such an odd spot.
