So, this is kind of a shot in the dark, but I figure it's worth a try. I my friend and I are wanting to go out to Mt. Cain this weekend for a backcountry festival. Right now the plan is to leave Thursday, Feb 7th, ski Cain over the weekend and maybe do a few days touring the Duffy on our way back (aiming to be back in Revy area the 15th).
My lady friend doesn't want me taking the car for a week AGAIN so we're scrambling for a solution. I can rent a car for the week, but for anything big enough with 4wd it's $700+ which is a bit steep for two people to split.
This is an open invite for anyone in the area who wants to join our trip. Car/tent camping at Cain and the Duffy, I probably can find a house to crash at for travel days up/down island and what not. If you are interested PM me and we can talk details.
