Road rash

ok so share your stories on how some of you got horrible road rash. ill start.

today i was out on my road bike and was going down this hella steep downhill doing about 40 and still accelerating. so im out with my cousins and he doesnt signal for a lefthand turn so i just kept picking up speed so once he starts to turn i put on my brakes and try to hug the corner so i dont hit a gaurdrail and get launched into a river and of course the corner has a shitload of sand on it. My tires slip out from under me and im sliding across the pavement for a good like 30 feet and now am tending to road rash all up the right side of my body.

ughhhh. i was bombing third ave in slc, and you come to a stop sign at N where you either run it or turn right. well my car was up to the right so im coming in pretty hot and have enough space to make the wide turn. well as im right there a car pulls up where im turning to, so i have to make my turn much sharper than i had planned it, and it was too much and i slid out, and it was pretty bad
 
i had a pretty similar thing happen to me. me and my friend were riding our bikes down this hill when we were younger. he was way a head of me and i started to get speed wobbles, yeah thats right on a bike haha and i just ate it real bad, it happened so fast i couldn't correct myself. entire right side of right leg was raw.

 
I was flying down this hill near my house on rollerblades( idk why) but I fell, landed on my stomach and started to slide and like burned the whole front off my flannel and started sliding on bare skin. My chest hurt soon after
 
i was in one of my many wagons when i was 5-8 years old, anyways i was ripping down my street controling it with the handle and as i was about to make a turn the handle snapped off and i was left without a steering wheel. being that young i was to scared to jump out and went straight through my turn and the 3'' wheels caught some gravel and flipped the wagon over. i slide on my side/stomach for a good 15 to 20ft and started crying when i stopped and sat in the middle of the raod till someone found me. i did this becuase i had been reading some calvin and hobbes comic books the day before and was so inspired to do the same thing.. turned out shit just isnt the same.
 
got it on my face one time, riding down this hill infront of my driveway, tried to turn in, hit the gutter, launched over the bars and landed on said face
 
you know nothing of road rashif i calculated all my longboarding road rash i would probally have around 100sq in on my body(both forearms, hip, side, right ass check, knees)i board....ALOT
 
actually i dont crash often, had about 3 (actual) crashes in about 4 years of skatingone during a hybrid slalom race i organized when my wheel caught on a stoneother 3 during downhill races (one i was bumped, then another i slide out, another i wobbled when i was newer)

the only thing that sucked about this game was that the whole music lineup was suger ray... when i saw the first post i thought about the game. number two for sega!
