I was heading soutbound down 89 today and around enfield NH and saw two people hiking a road gap on a road which runs along the highway. any info?

Just read the title of this and was thinking of our Enfield CT location. Having grown up in that town, I wondered how I could have missed such a gap. Regardless to say, there is no known road gap in Enfield CT. Just not yet...
