RMU Contest Thread

Yo NS,
So I saw the RMU design contest on the "contest" page, and noticed that there was no way to check out submitted designs. I dunno if you guys want to keep your stuff private or something for fear of getting your ideas stolen, etc. but I think it would be chill if we could share our stuff and see some of the sick design work ns members do everyday.

but seriously i do get where you are coming form with some of the stuff in the other thread, but i'm new to the whole graphic designing deal and don't have a whole lot of time to spend on it.
 
As of right now, I'm thinking that I'll repeat the design on the other ski because I designed it as such. But it's not final- think it'll look better spread out?
 
I'm making one right now. in a cursivish font, Names Gio then at the bottom Mr.Gio in gold font all black ski. maybe put a walter ppk and a rushing bullet on the rear end facing opposite direction. gold bullet of course.Hows that sound?

came out a little different than i thought it would. hoping to make it a little cleaner if it seems worth it
 
^ yeah, you should probably clean up the bottom text a little. I dig the mario bullets though, very cool.
 
right now, that's it. I only did it as a 1 ski design. Would you dig it more if I did something to extend this theme through two skis?

Thanks to everyone this contest generated soooo many graphics super pumped on them all we will be figuring out a way to compile all of these and send them out to our members. As you can imagine this is super data intensive and will take a couple days. We will be generating a finalist round and posting it on NS for input and votes as well.
As always we are all about reaching out and working with artist on any of our other projects. Anybody who is interested feel free to get a hold of us.

So I believe the contest is over, and RMU is in the process of picking a winner, but I decided to mock up a base graphic to add to the original. Word.

Thanks bro! I worked really hard on it. Probably won't fly because of copyright but whatever. When are they going to announce the winners? Tomorrow?
 
they already announced the finalists, its on here somewhere, search and you'll get it
