I will not pay 2 bucks to watch a contest jock 270 noseblunt down handrails for 3 minutes with mediocre style (imo)
 
I disagree. He has contest rat style, theres no personal flair to his tricks. Granted style is all personal opinion, but he doesnt even have PRod like perfection steeze. He just does tricks. They dont interest me.
 
you will take that back when you watch the part. fucking amazing and very worth $3. though im sure its online already it was worth the buy.
 
i respect your opinion but i actually think that he has that perfection steeze. All the tricks he lands are so clean and ''perfect''. but thats just my opinion
 
Watched it. His style has improved ill give him that. And im not trying to take away from his talent, obviously he has a ton of it. Not to mention some burly slams in that video. But the problem is, hes a kid who skated contests when he was really little, so he never really got to develop his steeze the way a lot of guys do. IMO you should skate street first, develop your style, then go kill yourself at contests. Part was still gnarly. I enjoyed the hardflip and nollie inward heel a lot.

but was is a nice skateboarding style for you guys... a skater who is sloppy and who doesnt land clean trick? maybe i just havent watch enough skateboading edits

I like watching him skate contests but his video parts are barffffffffff. So much talent but no personality.
 
someone who has their own flavor. you look at reynolds, appleyard, rowley, stevie, dylan, most of those dudes, and you recognize who they are instantly, just by the way they do the trick. with nyjah hes just doing the tricks, he lacks personal flavor. sure they are clean. but clean isnt everything.

regardless, that part was still bonkers. 2 lip, run up the stairs, kf back lip? thats insane.

and impressed he managed to get at Wilshire in the like 3 days it was skateable.
 
well i'll start watching more skateboarding edits and movies... cause i recognize skiers easily just because of their style but not skateboarders. but still i like Nyjah's steeze and how he lands really hard tricks like it was nothing.
 
Not huge into skating, but ive been watching lots of berrics lately and the ads make it look pretty damn sick. The tre down the bazillion set is insane.
 
i went to the premiere in LA...god damn shit was ridiculous. he hit some big rails, shit we would hit on skis.
 
hahaha hardway 270 on a skateboard??? skating has frontside and backside.no such thing as hard way. Anyway, to the people who are hating... you have to be kidding me, yeah nyjah is really good in contests, thats because he is so fucking consistent and his bag of tricks in enormous, this new video is so crazy like yeah we all see him do crazy shit at contest setups but when he drops heavier hammers on street shit like come on thats nuts... noseblunt a rail is fucking hard two seventy noseblunt a rail is tony hawk pro skater shit yet he drops it like a mother fucker. so yeah he is good, has great style, and not to mention a good person. He is very well liked in skateboarding because he is modest andnjust loves to skate

Hardway is fine, hes just being confrontational. I call it lip if you spin hardway. So like lip 2. Although I dont remember a lip 2. Just a regular 2 noseblunt. Lol JUST probably isnt a word to use when talking about 2 on noseblunts.
 
I think he's actually retarded and didn't understand what I was talking about. Probably thought I meant a back lip. He probably didn't even notice the section I was talking about.

I cannot even believe anyone could have anything bad to say about that video part. 8 fucking minutes of bangers??!!! Back 2 hollywood high, turns right back around and kick back lips FIRST TRY in the same shot...
