There are threads that haven't been replied to in over a day on the first page of NSG. This is a clear sign that the forum has died. Bishop please delete NSG.

Wouldn't expect you (a non-skier) to understand the time commitment we have for our sport.

Generally we don't use NS on the mountain.

I think, in general, NSG has sort of declined in terms of enthiusiasm as of late.

I mean when I first joined the regionals were poppin, many more people consistently posted, but there was a lot more bullshit. People trolled to the point where mods had to be on 24/7 cuz people were making like 15 identical threads and shit... We also went very hard trolling the Bodybuilding.com forum that was a grand time.

Awwwe yeah that was a grand time. To the point where the mods on both sites were up to their eyes in shit. Someone should post that video. If you were part of it you know what I mean.

Or the days when everyone posted porn in a shit ton of threads. I remember on an alias account I posted a shit ton in unused regional threads in obscure locations (asia and whatnot). Fuckibg good times.

Sign of the times, freeskiing has come full circle. Nsers is dead , park skiing is boring, backcountry reigns king, flat tails are in, skis are getting narrower every year, anyone and everyone makes good edits. Ski movie culture is dead. Ski movie music sucks now, all good things must come to an end.
 
NSG will never die. NSG is like a conversation at a bar, doesn't necessarily have meaning but there's something calming about it

Also- having pretty much taken a sabbatical from NS for a year or so, maybe more, I've noticed since my return that you guys aren't the same bunch of judgmental, opinionated, witty assholes that I used to love. I think that NS has followed the pussification trend. Thanks Obama..

We just kept making accounts and posting ski related shit and asking them hilarious questions... somebody was making videos in all their ski gear just talking mad shit and posting them. Then they started making accts here and attempting to express their alpha dominance over us puny gay skiers lol.
