Have a torn MCL and LCL. Just tried this. Didn't work but at least i'm hyrdrated.

I can't help with regrowing ligaments. I actually learned some interesting things from my physical therapist today on why they don't regrow typically.

but I can def help with healing. Bc my Doctors, Homies, and Physical Therapists have all been hella impressed with my Healing so far. So I do gotta stress, Fruit Diet, as much as you can, as little pills as possible, herbal tinctures & teas all day. I'm really impressed with Dr. Morse's Circulation Tinctures. Also impressed with straight pure Lemon juice.

The Physical Therapist told me that they do see cases of Rapid Regeneration amongst few ACL tears. So it does happen. And my homie Rudolph was able to Regrow his. So it factually can happen. In my case it did not.

I mean I love all in season fruit pretty much. But an in-season Golden Honeydew/ Juan Canary...Bruh it's the type of fruit you'd imagine would be in Heaven. The Bright Golden Skin, To the Angelic White Flesh, to the Wholesomeness of the Flavor. It's good man.
 
Also yo, what yall know about ATG? I just stumbled across this @kneesovertoes guy on IG. And homie says that ATG is fuckin life. and prevents soooooo many knee/ lower body injuries. And this dude apparently got hella knee surgeries, and he's got some of the most impressive knees i've seen bruh.

Word... I fw honeydew but never had golden honey dew.

I don’t but if I only ate fruit and drink my pee pee like you do I would make giant fruit salad bowl type things that you have at like Christmas and family gatherings cuz that go dummy hard every time.
