It sort of depends on the helmet you have and whether or not your wear your goggles underneath as well.

The loose fit hats work for us under helmets, but the regular fitting Fuelie's are definitely the most low profile hats we carry. If you're looking for something super lightweight, the facemasks work well as a base layer around your head underneath a helmet, and the headbands also do numbers for keeping your ears warm and the bulk down.
