Rime Knit Customer Service

Has Any one else had issues with their Customer service lately? I ordered a hat last year from them and I ad it by the end of the week. I ordered a hat from them 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from them, I have emailed them on both here and email. no response. I haven't even received shipping conformation. Any one know whats up with them?

same thing happened to me a couple times. you will get it just not as fast as before

Yup, ordered almost 3 weeks ago and still nothing. I emailed them a few days ago.. I guess if I don't get a reply in a day or two ill just file a suit with PayPal and get my money back.

I just got an email from them saying sorry and saying that they are sending it tomorrow. I almost filed a suit.
