Rick reilly you kidding me ?

I don't understand why someone like this feels the need to write an article and just reinforce stupid sterotypes of Canadians that people seem to believe. It's stupid and just annoying.
 
I enjoyed his articles when he wrote that page in the SI magazine. But after reading that...I can safely say Rick Reilly is a fucking idiot.
 
I think that the difference is that people are not constantly reinforcing it and writing about it and stuff like americans seem to do to canadians.
 
I am sorry, but that is about the worst argument you could have made. Americans take like 20x as much shit in press and TV as canadians. For Christ's sake, Americans reinforce more stereotypes about themselves than they do with Canadians. Americans are nothing but a bunch of fatass ignorant fucks who are either your stereotypical dumbass conservatives or dumbass liberals. Half the world believes that if the Encyclopedia wanted to save themselves some ink, they could just replace whatever they have under United States of America with "see 'Jerry Springer'"
 
I can see what you mean by that. Sterotyping does effect everyone. It's too bad though that you only hear about the stupid people that write stuff like this.
 
sure theres stereotypes but whats the point of being an asshole and bringing them up at such a positive time like the olympics pointless how is he allowed to publish such garbage
