No one on here can help, aside from the rare chance that someone from PBP checks this thread.

Just contact them directly. It's between you and them... not everyone needs to know.

It's likely an honest mistake (i.e. lost in transit), and making threads just makes it look bad on them when it was likely out of their hands.
