Revision skis, terrible customer service

Bought a pair of revision skis back in December in hope of them beeing shipped early jan as they said. It's now the 20th with no sign of being shipped, and i wont be in the country to collect them now.

Emailed them multiple times, no reply.

Anyone had the same problem?
 
I'm all for using small companies, but this highlights what can be a problem with little guys. If you have a time deadline you might want to try and cancel and get something from a shop.
 
i hear you, I've tried to cancel, sent three emails and tweeted them now, been over a week with no reply.

Real shame, skis looked dope as well, not sure if they are going out of business as thy haven't posted in a while.

Revision Skis is a scam. They took money last year for skis that were never delivered, and no refund has been given. Ordered 5 months ago.
