Leading means, that you take the grab near from the tip.. Like leading mute, you take it near from the nose. Reverse means, if you spin to left, you grab with left hand.
leading and reverse mean the same thing. you just grab with the hand that's leading your spin. if you're spinning left, for example, you'd grab with your left hand.
