Retainers?

shouldnt you scrub/wash something like that all the time?

and what about that stuff old dudes put their dentures in? isnt that a cleaning solution? maybe you can try some of that stuff
 
get denture cleaner, ephervest i think it was called?

regardless, find a way to keep it clean and wear it at least nightly for as long as possible, i stopped wearing mine too soon and my teeth arent ugly by any means, but they have shifted and given me some jaw problems
 
Use denture cleaner like the orthodontist told you to do. Also don't use toothpaste because it will scratch the scrap out of it.
 
i take a cup and fill it 2/3 water, and 1/3 mouthwash and just throw my retainer in there. the denture cleaning tablets never really worked out for me, but try them if you want
 
ahhhh so you're one of those guys who takes it out of his mouth for a meal and tosses it in his pocket without a case

My orthodontist told me to fill a cup with one part bleach, 3 parts water and let it sit for 10-20 minutes
 
Denture cleaner. Eferdent or whatever. Its like 4 bucks for 150 tabs and it cleans them really well.

I gotta bite the bullet every time I have an appointment. It sucks ass. My whole bottom row of teeth moves and hurts. And just drop it in some Listerine
