Reservation Experience

I'm trying to ski on this Saturday at either Okemo or Mount Snow because I have an Epic, but it says it is unavailable, has anyone had experience with showing up and being allowed to ski or unavailability changing due to cancelations?

And if you keep checking the reservation site, you might see a spot open up. I often check the PC availability and days open up all the time.

I can't speak for the Epic Pass because I didn't buy one this year, but I know at Copper and Eldora, if you check their sites days leading up to when you want to ski, I've seen spots open up about 75% of the time.

I think the system is a bit odd sometimes it says i’m at a limit but it’s inaccurate. usually i just log out and retry later or change device. anyone knows when you get penalized for canceling too often ?

I have had that happen too, logging out and logging in usually fixes it, its only related to priority days.

i was just told so i usually book most days and cancel if im too busy to make it up the mountain ! been trying to reach guest service but that’s been a hassle. but ya so far i’ve cancelled many days but didn’t get any warnings

Cancelling week-of reservations up to til 12am the night before is acceptable, I think you get dinged more if you cancel a priority day like within 2 weeks or something. I've only cancelled 1 reso day-of and I didn't get warned or anything.
