Republican/Conservative or Democrat/Liberal

your political feelings are exactly in the middle? with no lean towards one spectrum at all? I find that hard to believe.

liberal

I'm conservative on some issues and liberal on others...

I'd say it's actually 50/50 or close to that at least. I think people should make decisions on issue based on what THEY believe, not what their party believes.

I was thinking most of Newschoolers would be liberals too. I figured most skiers would be really environmentally conscious which is more of a democrat thing.

eat a dick, not because you're conservative but because you're ignorant.
i learn more toward liberal but the entire system is flawed

Most skiers are probably democrat than republican but NS is made up of rich white kids who repeat whatever their parents say. Their parents are bitter at Obama for trying to tax them although they are loaded and then the kids regurgitate their ignorance here, in NSG.

I just go with what I think is right. I'm mostly liberal, but I hate bipartisanship. It ruins politics. Therefore I will never be of a single party.

liberal

i agree with most conservative points.....i only call myself conservative because most liberal ideals (atleast whats on msnbc, cnn, etc.) make me laugh at how bad and counter effective they are. mostly im for privatizing most government jobs (ie road work and other maintenance/infrastructure jobs) this would allow for competition and jobs would get done faster for less. this would allow taxes to be lowered, and economic stimulation without wasting trillions of dollars......

i havent been in school for a couple months now so my spelling is shit, get over it

I'm also neither by the way. I think your opinion should be different for each topic, I don't see how so many people can fall into one category.

what a dumb way of looking at the political spectrum, as once can be more right wing than a republican or much much more left wing than a liberal, or in between. liberals/democrats are actually fairly central with a bit of left leaning.

but point being, the proper way to look at that is left wing or right wing. as basing politics on just those parties is just full retard. I mean, 42% of Canadians are neither.

Thanks For Your Suppor

^ by far the biggest fail that I have ever witnessed on newschoolers congratulations.

I would say I more liberal on most issues.

that's because people grew up.

not saying being liberal is ignorant or wrong, i lean left on a fair amount of issues. but young and rebellious often = liberal

also, i have no statistical data to back this up. just seems like NS is getting older. amirite?

actually if you are referring to republican and a canadian conservative, they are two different kinds of people.

i would say that an american democrat is more aligned with a canadian conservative. and a candian liberal? well they're just called communists in the states. forget about the ndp.

i dont know why you cant see hammy ...

The French Revolution (French: Révolution française; 1789–1799) was a period of radical social and political upheaval in French and European history. The absolute monarchy that had ruled France for centuries collapsed in three years.

Weather did not allow an outdoor meeting, so the Assembly moved their deliberations to a nearby indoor real tennis court, where they proceeded to swear the Tennis Court Oath

(20 June 1789), under which they agreed not to separate until they had

given France a constitution. A majority of the representatives of the

clergy soon joined them, as did 47 members of the nobility

A republic was proclaimed in September 1792 and King Louis XVI was executed the next year.

It's actually not too difficult. I just really dislike politics all together.

My dad's entire family is very conservative. My mom's entire family is very liberal. I don't know how they stayed married long enough to have my sister and I.

Yep. I think it's safe to say I fit into the Libertarian party. Socially I tend to lean left but I'm definitely on the right side when it come to economics/taxes. If I hard to pick right or left I would mos certainly pick right.

Democratic/Conservative

Social justice with emphasis on socialized programs, but with budgetary restrictions on federal spending and more states' rights.

"The Treasury Department sells its shares of Chrysler at a loss of $1.3 billion to U.S. taxpayers after it made a controversial investment in the automaker." - Fox news

this is why i am conservative our dumbs government spent way to much money bailing private companies out, that money could help keep our government out of debt.
