Montreal probabbly has one of the best music scenes in Canada, if not North America. theres jsut such a huge talent pool and so much diversity

 
no, montreal is probably the best place to see live music. Toronto has the bast music scene....too many bands to list that are the bombdest.

 
san diego, hands down. deadbolt, rftc, the dragons....it is really a kickass place. seattle used to have it all, you could see mudhoney, supersuckers and nirvana in one night and reverend horton heat and zeke dogs the next

 
i find that in Montreal, if youre into punk or hardcore, you cant find a better place, theres so many great local bands. theyre just not very big so you gotta keep your ears open for the word of mouth

definitly not Chilliwack, we only have a couple of punk bands that preach about non-conformity and a really awesome ska band, even though alot of times good bands do come here once in a while...i'd have to say seattle in early 90s though.

San Francisco is like an hour or so away, and that is the greatest scene ever, HIM is gonna play sunday, Xzibit played last night. BRMC plays thursday... it doesnt get better.
