What I do to fix problems like this is to smear peanut butter over the chips and I would leave for like 24 hours and after 24 hours the peanut butter would have hardened and filled in the chips. Then I would chisel off the extra pieces of peanut butter.

I will pay 250 to take them off your hands as they seem to be damaged quite bad. I think my highest offer is 250 due to their condition.
 
Probably not necessary for this, but for serious damage, The best stuff I've found for fixing skis is marine tex. It's also great for filling holes from remounts.

Snapped ski, edge pullouts, waterlogged core, etc. Once you experience any of those you will think nothing of chips.
