Not that I'm an NS Vet, but I've noticed that I take NSer's who post pics, vids, etc. on their profiles more seriously than those who don't. We are all on here because we love the sport, so post stuff that shows you having fun with p-tex on your feet. You could have 8000 posts, and no photos or vids and it kind of makes you look like an NS parasite. You don't have to be super steezed out throwing a corked 9 with a guitar grab. Good, bad, or ugly; I think most of the people on this site just get stoked to see that others are getting into it and progressing. If I can post vid of my sorry old ass dropping switch down a plastic slide into a baby pool, nobody else should be too concerned about embarrassing themselves. Upload your ski shot's and not just the ones of your skis leaning up against the wall in your room, or your new saga jacket laying on your bed. Trust me; no hate directed at any NSer. Just hoping that the NSer's with nothing on their profiles will step up.

Yeah. 10/10. You already had cool shit posted. The NSers I'm calling out are the ones that have been on here for 3 years or so, have tons of posts, and don't even have a profile pic. Some of them may be trolls, and this won't mean anything to them. I am sure that there are some chill NSers, who haven't uploaded stuff for whatever reason.
 
It also helps see what you guys look like. I met a guy at Hood who I've hung out with a couple times afterward just because I recognized the outfit from a pic on NS.

Plus it's just dope seeing where people ride and what they do with the terrain, especially in edits and random video clips of tricks. I scan the video section and pic section every couple days just up to down, clicking on random ones. Some of the skiers aren't amazing but who cares, we were all beginners at one point and NS should be a place where kids who are stoked on the sport can get pointers for free without hate.

I'm too lazy to take the time to take pictures and stuff, I wish I wasn't, but most of the time it's because my friends are total dipshits and mess it up somehow and have no eye for photography. I met a pro photographer and we're good family friends and he wants to ride a whole pow day with me, just taking pics.
 
very true, has anyone else noticed that there isnt as much hating on ppl in pictures and posts as there used to be? maybe NS is growing up :)

 
why don't ppl rate the photos?  Don't you know you get karma for just clicking a 7 or 8 on the photo. I've got shots that have 300 views but only like 2 ratings. Check out my pics and let me know what you think. 
 
uh... Never thought about it cause I am always holding a camera. Does anyone actually have a picture of me skiing they could send me?

i totally get and agree with what you'e sayin...if someone flames i usually check their profile and if i dont see any pictures or vids it makes me feel like they're just toolin and hatin
 
I think a lot of ppl. on NS don't have tons of vids and ski pics to postotherwise they probably would post them.
