Renting powder skis in Utah?

Going out west in a week or so, staying in Park City. Need some help finding somewhere to rent powder skis.

I just called Wasatch Powder skis to ask about availability of skis and the guy said "Yeah I don't think we're gonna do it this year, sorry."

What?

Any suggestions?

Colesport and Jans are the big shops in town. PowderHuffer right in the PCMR village is a sick shop and I know they do demos, not sure about rentals.

I work at a hotel right down town park city, I send almost everyone to utah ski and golf for rentals, they hook it up. If your looking to demo something cole sport demos for 50 a day and demo all the pow skis they have on their floor(lot of selection).

Go to Second Tracks and just buy a pair. If you're demoing for $50 a day, I'm sure you can find something used in that price range. I can sell you a brand new LIberty Double Helix (182 length, 121 underfoot, tip/tail rocker) for $300 if you want to go that route? Possibly Liberty Genome's too but I imagine they might be a little too fat (140 underfoot)?

Not worth it, unless he is skiing like 8 days in a row. Just demo.

Dudes not going to do all this on his vacation:

1. Find used pair of skis

2. Find cheap used bindings

3. Pay at least $40 to get them mounted(wasted time at a shop)

4. Pay another $50 to fly/ship them home after vacation.

All though I might try to grab those Helix's from ya!

They are still available, although my brother might talk his way into getting them as a wedding present if he makes it out this winter.
