**Renting out house in Burlington, VT (UVM) need1 more roommate

hey guys, we got this sick as house ready for the taking and one of our buddies bailed. its me and my homie pat trying to find 1 more person to move into a 3 bedroom, 2100sq/ft house 5 minutes from UVM if u drive. its a 5 minute walk to lake champlain. getting season passes to sugarbush and all that good stuff.

rent is $500/month plus utilities.

please hit me up! we are trying to get in there october 1st

its a nice place. and some other places are cheaper. but hey, cant put a price on living with some homies and shredding it up all winter, then partying at UVM all weekend.

what? yes you can.. theres these magical things called streets and cars! and they are compatible with eachother.. you can almost drive to anywhere you want
 
yet the parking situation in burly is anything but magical. Not to mention, it may be easier to catch a unicorn than get a uvm commuter pass, esp if you're from out of state.

It is in fact easier to catch a unicorn. Unless you're a vermont resident and you have prior work obligation, and you happen to live 30+ minutes from campus... You might get a pass.

this is indeed true. but if you give one of the homeless people your car, you wont have to worry about parking it... ;)
