BWalmer Active member Staff member Jan 20, 2012 #6 If I remember correctly, you have to remove the liner, turn the "screw" slightly, then push it though the boot to the inside, then the cable slips out of the hole in the plastic piece.

Hogis Member Jan 21, 2012 #7 It went loose if you pulled really hard. Cant seem to get the "toppiece" back though, but if the liners in then it dont matter. Thanks anyway. Must say that I thought fulltilt had better customerserivce.
