Yes, I've search bared, and watched the 4frnt video. But holly fuck, I'm trying to remove the grips of my K2 4speed composite poles, and it's not even budging. First tried using hair drier, no go. Right now trying boiling water for like the 3rd time. Tried using just bare hands and twist, vice and twist, and door and twist. The dam thing isn't budging. Any other advice???

eh You need to heat them alot thats all you can do. But im like 70% sure you cant cut your composite poles anyways, I think so....

i ran it under hot water for a solid 3 minutes and then had my friend hold the pull and twist if off with my hands, but id try maybe a small clamp, something in that nature, good luck! and btw my poles were scott so it might be using different adhesive.

ya you can, you just have to make sure you reinforce the area you are cutting with tape so it doesn't splint up.

put methylene chloride inside of your grips, so bend back the grip, and this eats the glue away. it works good. you can buy it at canadian tire and home depot.

urinate on it, then tie them to your dog, and shock your dog with a cattle prod. dog runs away pulling poll on rope, you hold on to pee covered handle which comes off. tada

put them in a vice and pull

if you can't do that then get some creatine and an exercise plan and stop being scrawny and weak
