+++ Removing Designs On Helmets? ++++

Hey guys i was wondering if its possible to remove grafics off helmet. because i was wondering if i could remove the desgns of tj schiller's pro model POC helmet?
 
you could but it wouldn't work well. e.g. you could use sandpaper, but that always takes away the protective layer of the helmet.
your best best would be to spray paint it or cover it up with sharpies etc.
 
Doesn't it just say TJ on the back of that helmet? I definitely wouldn't go about the sandpaper route. That helmet is pretty sick, just cover it up with a big sticker.
 
just a little note on this.
spray painting helmets can void warranties and such like as there can be corrosive properties in the paints. to be honest the same applies to stickers but the effects are minimal so unless you're really keen on safety ratings etc i wouldn't worry about it
 
I think sandpaper is not such a good idea. Nailpolish remover or rubbing alchohol with a wash cloth and some elbow grease would be a better thing to try first.
