Removing Brakes From Original Axials?

I can't seem to get the brake assembly off of my Axial 120s (with the curvy dildo heelpiece), can anyone give me some pointers? Google and Newschoolers searches didn't find anything.

Unscrew the screw just below stomp pad thing on the brake. Get the screw out and pull the brake off

you might have to give it a little smack to one side (right side) as i think to fit in the brake goes straight in and then to the right

I don't see any screws anywhere around the stomp pad, where do you mean?

I can't budge the brake to the right or anything, can anyone give a pic or something?

+k to you guys.

the ones im thinking of look like this

there is a screw that goes through the middle hole. Remove that and pull the brake foreword (it might need some force)

^ yeah those ones are the more recent ones and the ones i posted are the older ones that i believe are found on the axials

You need to take the heelpiece off the track first - back off the screw as far as it'll go then muscle it off the back. Then snap the brake off to the side. Reinstall brakes then take them to your shop to set them back up correctly.
