Refresh makin me pissed!!!

i was stowked when i got it for christmas, but when i pop it in the dvd player, it tells me that the disk cannot be played, please try again. i tried again..4 times! anyone else have this problem

Have you tried other DVD players or a computer?

You may have gotten a bum disc. Email level 1 and I'm sure they'd send you a new one.

Try it somewhere else, it's possible your dvd player just sucks
