I can't talk about warmth, but the Holt looks really sick in person and it's superbly comfortable.

I have a Holt... it retails for $60 (i got it for 12 through my work - if you know anyone in a ski shop, get hooked up) and its definetly warm and durable, I like it a lot. the warmth padding stuff on the inside comes out if you're into skating or anything in the summer, so thats sick. oh and its compatible with smith/skullcandy headphones too
