The 2nd Annual Red Bull Hike&Ride starts this week
For 72 hours, equipped with hand-held and helmet cams, two-person freeride and freestyle teams will hike into the powdery heights of the Swiss Alps, ride, shoot and then edit short films that capture one day of their lives - as seen through their own eyes, and filmed from their own angle. Their mission is to demonstrate what they do best, namely freeriding par excellence, via spectacular on-piste action sequences, as well as whatever other crazy adventures that might come their way.
The 2nd annual Red Bull Hike&Ride will start on Thrurday in Davos, Switzerland. Over 4 feet of fresh has fallen in the past 4 days (!!!), which should make for an awesome event.
The line-up includes 5 pro teams:
Gian Simmen & Thomas Harstad
David Vincent & Yannick Amevet
Andrea Binning & Eva Sandelgard
Cyril Neri & Nicolas Vaudroz
David Benedek & Christoph Weber
and 2 public teams:
Andrea Casura & Gian-Andrea Albin
Kenny Scheidegger & Jürg Eugster
