hey, I just had reconstructive knee surgery in July to repair my ACL. I'm told about 9-12 months recovery...any skiers out there got experience with this and when I should realistically expect to be back skiing? Thanks

for the most part its all on you, its how much u start working ur knee back to full strength and when u are able to, if u sit around its goin to take longer.

Why don't u just go suck a fuck!.....'Oh really!? Tell me how exactly does one suck a fuck???

Your such a fuck ass! 'Did you just call me a fuck ass?! lol' *little girl comes in and says* Whats a fuck ass?

you can ski at about 6 months. it takes a full 12 for the graft to fully heal and re-vascularize

I'd take it easy if I were you dude, don't listen to all the 'don't be a pussy, get out there and ski' comments you'll be expected to hear, your knees need to last you your entire life and unless you wanna be walking with a cane at age 50 I suggest you let it heal. Read that interview on Phil Belanger in Freeze from last year, he took a long time off to let his back totally heal and he said it feels like he never got injured.
