Recommendations for Super Warm Ski Glove?

I have super, super poor circulation in my hands (to the point where they turn blue, very quickly), and am looking for a very warm glove.

It needs to have really good dexterity because I am going to use them for work.

Anybody have any recommendations?

Anything Hestra makes is warm as hell. Expensive, but worth it.

Mittens will keep you a million times warmer than gloves could. I made the switch this year and I won't be looking back.

This. You're going to be spending AT MOST $30 for a good pair of mittens and some SnoSeal.

Get either the Kinco Axeman or the 901t. Then SnoSneal those puppies. Durable, warm, and now waterproof. This will be my 3rd year with the same glove and they're still going strong. I know people who have used the same kincos for 5+ years

Where do you work OP? Most ski jobs will qualify you for a discount for Kincos. They are pretty affordable anyways though. Also, made in Oregon so you are supporting a local company.
