Recommend me some bindings

Long story short I ripped my mojo 15 heel piece out of my lizzies, and the plastic that holds the base plate in place is now in about 6 different pieces, so I need some new bindings. Preferably something more durable.

I am:

5'8-9ish

120lbs

ski mostly rails, a little bit of jumps and pow when the time is right. im not good at rating my own ability, just look for the tight pants kid in any videos on my profile and get a sense of it.

usually run a DIN of 7-8

if i missed anything help me out, im not into solly bindings so dont suggest those.

do work ns.

haha, he said durable.

fks 140's should do the trick. if you could get your hands on some old 155's with the metal toe piece they are more durable.

i've heard fks' rip out pretty easy because of the tight hole pattern, kind of worried about that but definitely would like to hear some other opinions on this.

depends on the width of the ski, the ski's core, and if they're mounted properly.

I've ripped them out of Hellbents but that's a pretty wide ski with a super soft, shitty core and I rode those skis really hard. I've had zero problems with the fks' I mounted on moment rubys and on3p caylors that i've beat the shit out of for the past couple seasons (over 100 days of hard charging and high impacts on each pair).

you're pretty light so i dont think you'll have problems unless the guy mounting them fucks up.

good to hear, they're gonna be going onto the lizzies, im just worried about ripping out because i always thought i was too light to do that, and then i did it.

Salomon STH 14 Driver or STH 16.

I've been using my STH 16s for 4 seasons now, I'm pretty hard on skis, have wrecked every ski they've been on, but the binding holds up to everything. The STH 16 starts at a 9 though. The STH 14 driver starts at a 6. Steel housing. Haven't torn, broken, cracked or anything really. Both heel and toe pieces are still fine. Plates still hold up fine.

I recommend them.

definitely sth 14 driver toe the driver toe is more durable than the standard. my did their job they kept me in and released when they needed to. a lil $$ but it worth it when you wanna save your lower half

mmhm. Sure isn't something you want to cheap out on. It's the worst when bindings break, it can be dangerous, and it can put your skis out for awhile. If you do good and get good bindings (like me for example), they will last you well after the time you'd ever worry about the cost of them.
